I was drawn to Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown because of its beautiful location and my past experiences with the Hilton brand. however, this stay left me feeling disappointed. While the staff was friendly and the restaurant served excellent food, the cleanliness issues and inefficient service really detracted from my experience. The valet situation was particularly frustrating.
